What is NEURA?

NEURA is a daily brain-training app: short, procedurally generated puzzle games plus a daily challenge, streaks, and a personal Focus Index that tracks your progress over time.

How does the free trial and subscription work?

NEURA starts with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, it becomes an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, unless you cancel before it renews.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NEURA → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

What is the Focus Index?

It’s a personal score built from your own results across sessions — attention, memory, and speed — so you can see your own trend over time. It is not an IQ score and isn’t a medical or diagnostic measurement.

Is my data private?

Yes. We only collect what’s needed to run the app and show you your own progress. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it’s used.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can request account and data deletion from inside the app (Profile → Support), or by writing to us using the form below or by email. We’ll confirm once your data has been erased.

When is NEURA available on the App Store?

NEURA hasn’t launched yet. There’s no download link to share just yet — use the form below to get in touch, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s live.
